This award recognises aviation organisations in Ireland that have demonstrated outstanding operational performance, innovation, and leadership over the past 12 months. Open to airports, MROs, service providers, and aviation exporters, this category honours those who set benchmarks in efficiency, customer service, sustainability, and global competitiveness. Entry is by a 5 A4 page submission; the judges will be looking for clear information, backed up by evidence, that pays particular attention to the criteria listed below.

  • Operational Innovation & Leadership: Demonstrate how your organisation has excelled through innovation, leadership, or process improvement. Provide examples of new technologies, services, or operational frameworks that have delivered measurable results.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Value: Show how your organisation has enhanced value for customers, passengers, or partners. Include initiatives that improved service quality, efficiency, or stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Business Growth & Global Impact: Highlight activities that have contributed to growth, whether through new contracts, increased productivity, expanded export markets, or international competitiveness. Provide measurable evidence of success.
  • Sustainability & Social Responsibility: Outline initiatives that reflect your commitment to sustainability, corporate responsibility, or community impact. Demonstrate how these efforts contribute to both operational excellence and wider societal benefit.
  • Measurable Outcomes & Results:: Provide evidence of success through KPIs, performance data, or customer/employee feedback. Show clear, measurable improvements in areas such as efficiency, safety, quality, or market expansion.
