This award recognises organisations in Ireland’s aviation industry that demonstrate outstanding commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture. The winner will show how they support employee well-being, foster diversity and inclusion, embed social responsibility, and deliver excellence in employee and customer experience. Entry is by a 5 A4 page submission; the judges will be looking for clear information, backed up by evidence, that pays particular attention to the criteria listed below.

  • Workplace Culture & Leadership:: Demonstrate how your organisation fosters a professional, supportive, and inclusive workplace culture. Include leadership approaches, employee involvement initiatives, and recognition opportunities.
  • Employee Well-being & Work-Life Balance: Outline the health, wellness, and benefits programmes that support employee well-being and work-life balance, and explain how they contribute to productivity, retention, and job satisfaction.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Provide evidence of policies, initiatives, or leadership advocacy that promote equal opportunities, support underrepresented groups, and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Social Responsibility & Community Impact: Show how your organisation integrates social responsibility into its culture and operations. Highlight initiatives in sustainability, community engagement, or industry advocacy, and their measurable impact.
  • Measurable Outcomes & Results: Provide evidence of success through employee engagement surveys, DEI metrics, or customer/partner feedback. Include year-on-year comparisons where available, and actions taken to address areas for improvement.
