Saudia Cargo has signed a wet lease with ASL Aviation for two Airbus A330-300P2F freighters, bolstering its global network and capacity. The first aircraft will begin operations in September 2025 before joining Saudia Cargo’s fleet later in the year, with the second to follow shortly after.

The ACMI agreement gives Saudia Cargo access to ASL’s full operational support while reintroducing the A330F type to ASL Airlines Ireland. With space for 62 tonnes of cargo and a range of 6,850km, the aircraft will strengthen links across Europe, North America and Asia, enhancing resilience for express, e-commerce and heavy cargo flows.

The move reflects Saudia Cargo’s push to position the Kingdom as a global logistics hub while supporting ASL’s growth strategy.
