Launched in 2014, the Aviation Industry Awards is the benchmark for best practice and innovation across the Irish aviation sector, spanning 25 categories including Aircraft Leasing Company of the Year, Aircraft Leasing Deal of the Year, Aviation Innovation Award, Best Use of Technology, Innovation in Safety and Risk Management, and Best Emerging Aviation Technology, among others. 

Entries are assessed by an independent judging panel drawn from across the industry, with shortlisted entrants gaining national recognition through the programme's partnership with The Irish Times. The 2026 judging panel is yet to be announced, with the full line-up to be published on the official awards website in due course. 

The submission of entries opened on 9 June 2026, with the awards gala taking place on 3 December 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Dublin Airport.
