Aoife O'Sullivan, Partner at Keystone Law and Chair of the British Business and General Aviation Association (BBGA), has been announced as a member of the judging panel for the Aviation Industry Awards 2026, bringing internationally recognised legal expertise in private, corporate, and commercial aviation to Ireland's benchmark programme for aviation excellence and innovation.

O'Sullivan specialises in private and corporate aviation law, advising a global client base that includes ultra-high-net-worth individuals, corporations, aircraft operators, financiers, lessors, manufacturers, and private owners.

Her work spans aircraft acquisition and sale, financing, and regulatory compliance, giving her a command of the legal and commercial structures that underpin the aviation industry and a practical understanding of the pressures facing aviation companies as they transact, finance, and operate across jurisdictions.

That depth of experience in commercial aviation and aircraft leasing relationships equips her to assess entries with an informed view of how regulatory and commercial considerations shape performance and growth.

Her leadership extends beyond legal practice. As Chair of the BBGA, O'Sullivan leads strategic advocacy to promote and protect the interests of business and general aviation in the UK and internationally, engaging with policy, regulation, and industry development on behalf of the sector.

That role places her at the centre of conversations about the future of aviation excellence and aviation innovation, and gives her panel contribution a perspective attentive to both the commercial health and the regulatory environment of the industry.

The Aviation Industry Awards, launched in 2014, spans 25 categories from Aviation Company of the Year and airport management to aviation innovation, airline safety, aviation technology, and Aviation Rising Star.

O'Sullivan joins fellow panellists Judging Coordinator Dr Viktoriia Ivannikova of DCU, Adam Bouchard of Nashville International Airport, John Drysdale of Annadale Aviation, Samantha Harding of SILC, Aidan Flanagan of ACI EUROPE, Kieran O'Brien of KPMG Ireland, John McMahon of M.J. McMahon & Company, Dr Kyriakos Kourousis of the University of Limerick, Sinead McCloskey, and Michael Treacy of Enterprise Ireland.

The awards gala will take place on 3 December 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Dublin Airport.
